SMS Program Terms

You can subscribe to SMS messages by:

• Web form: Checking the SMS consent box when submitting your phone number
• Phone consent: Verbally agreeing when speaking with our team
• Text message: Texting START to our number (if provided)

By opting in, you consent to receive automated marketing and transactional text messages from OODA Management at the phone number you provide.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can still use our services without subscribing to SMS.

You will receive approximately 5 to 6 messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and promotions.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

This SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop receiving messages:

• Text STOP to any message from us
• You will receive one final confirmation message
• Email us at tech@oodahost.com with "SMS Unsubscribe" in the subject

• Delivery timing or order
• Availability in all areas
• Compatibility with all devices

Mobile carriers may block, delay, or prevent delivery of messages due to technical issues, spam filters, or other factors beyond our control.
